1:1 Private Sessions

Private sessions are an intuitive, personalized practice designed around your body — how it moves, where it holds tension, and what it needs. The session unfolds through real-time observation and will be tailored to the needs of your mind and body.

The first session is 90 minutes, allowing time to assess movement patterns and discuss what you are looking to get out of the practice before we begin. Private sessions create space to release tension, reconnect, build strength, and move with intention. This is your time - inquire below.
